An integral part of our services are the free individual consultations that we provide to all employees. These are often in conjuction with educational seminars but can be arranged separately should there be enough demand.
The free individual consultations enable employees to:
- ask questions regarding the default fund or personal super they might have
- seek any general information
- determine whether they need any advice
- request advice
- find out what services we can offer and evaluate the benefits
During these consultations there are no additional costs or fees to the employee. Should an employee seek formal advice fees can be charged, however all fees and commission must be disclosed before implementing any recommendation, and rebates can apply.
